We do our best to provide the best possible product. However, sometimes we also make mistakes. Do not hesitate to contact us at clix@testclix.com if you find a bug. If you have any other suggestion, we are more than happy to discuss it as well.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”- A short summary of the issue.
- The page, feature, or workflow where the bug happened.
- The steps needed to reproduce it.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened instead.
- Screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages if you have them.
Helpful technical details
Section titled “Helpful technical details”Including a few environment details helps us investigate faster:
- Your browser and version.
- Your operating system.
- The approximate time when the issue happened.
- The affected URL, scenario, or monitor name.
Sending the report
Section titled “Sending the report”Email your report to clix@testclix.com. If the issue is urgent, mention that in the subject line so we can prioritize it appropriately.
