Bug Reports

We do our best to provide the best possible product. However, sometimes we also make mistakes. Do not hesitate to contact us at clix@testclix.com if you find a bug. If you have any other suggestion, we are more than happy to discuss it as well.

  • A short summary of the issue.
  • The page, feature, or workflow where the bug happened.
  • The steps needed to reproduce it.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened instead.
  • Screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages if you have them.

Including a few environment details helps us investigate faster:

  • Your browser and version.
  • Your operating system.
  • The approximate time when the issue happened.
  • The affected URL, scenario, or monitor name.

Email your report to clix@testclix.com. If the issue is urgent, mention that in the subject line so we can prioritize it appropriately.
